OWNERS CORPORATIONS ACT 2006 (NO 69 OF 2006) - SECT 109

    (1)     The secretary must give notice of a meeting of the committee to the members of the committee.

    (2)     The notice must be given—

        (a)     at least 3 days (excluding public holidays) before the meeting; or

        (b)     as determined by the owners corporation.

    (3)     The notice must set out—

        (a)     the time and place of the meeting; and

        (b)     the Agenda for the meeting.
