OWNERS CORPORATIONS ACT 2006 (NO 69 OF 2006) - SECT 220

In section 3 of the Business Licensing Authority Act 1998 , in the definition of "business licensing Act", after paragraph (d) insert —

    "(da)     the Owners Corporations Act 2006 ; or".
