OPEN COURTS ACT 2013 (NO. 58 OF 2013) - SECT 39

    (1)     At the foot of section 73(1) of the Coroners Act 2008 insert —

" Note

See Part 3 of the Open Courts Act 2013 .".

    (2)     Section 73(2) and (3) of the Coroners Act 2008 are repealed .
