Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) An inspector is subject to the Authority's directions in the performance of his or her functions or exercise of his or her powers under this Act or the regulations.
(2) A direction under sub-section (1) may be of a general nature or may relate to a specified matter or specified class of matter.
