OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE AMENDMENT ACT 2024 (NO. 42 OF 2024) - SECT 16

In Column 3 of Item 1 of the table to section 240(1) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     for "either or both" substitute "any or all";

        (b)     after paragraph (a) insert —

    "(ab)     underground petroleum storage operations;".
