OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE AMENDMENT ACT 2024 (NO. 42 OF 2024) - SECT 30

In section 666 of the Principal Act, in the definition of "petroleum well"—

        (a)     in paragraph (b), for "operations—" substitute "operations; or";

        (b)     after paragraph (b) insert —

    "(c)     underground petroleum storage operations—".
