PARKS AND CROWN LAND LEGISLATION (MOUNT BUFFALO) ACT 2010 (NO. 35 OF 2010) - SECT 16

Definition—Second Schedule

In clause 1 of Part 1 of the Second Schedule to the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 , insert the following definition—

" 2010 Mount Buffalo Act means the Parks and Crown Land Legislation (Mount Buffalo) Act 2010 ;".
