Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) An authorised officer may be assisted by any person in exercising a public health risk power under an authorisation given under section 189.
(2) A request for assistance by a member of the police force must be made to the Chief Commissioner of Police or a delegate of the Chief Commissioner of Police.
