PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2008 (NO. 46 OF 2008) - SECT 265

    (1)     After section 162FB(d) of the Health Act 1958 insert —

    "(da)     the Secretary;".

    (2)     In section 162G(2) of the Health Act 1958 , for "shall submit a report in respect of the birth in the prescribed form to the Council" substitute "must submit to the Council a report in respect of the birth in the form approved by the Council".

    (3)     Section 162I(e) of the Health Act 1958 is repealed .
