PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2008 (NO. 46 OF 2008) - SECT 268

    (1)     In section 4(1) of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) Act 1992 , in the definition of "relevant Act" , for " Health Act 1958 " substitute " Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 ".

    (2)     In section 30(2) of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) Act 1992 for "Division 2A of Part V of the Health Act 1958 " substitute "Division 2 of Part 7 of the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 ".

    (3)     Section 30A of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) Act 1992 is repealed .
