PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2008 (NO. 46 OF 2008) - SECT 275

    (1)     In section 4(1) of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981 , in the definition of "Secretary", for "the Health Act 1958 " substitute " section 3(1) of the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 ".

    (2)     In section 7 of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981 for " Health Act 1958 " substitute " Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 ".

    (3)     In section 76(1)(b) of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981 —

        (a)     subparagraph (iii) is repealed ;

        (b)     in subparagraph (iv) for ", (ii) or (iii)" substitute "or (ii)".
