PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2008 (NO. 46 OF 2008) - SECT 277

    (1)     In section 143 of the Health Services Act 1988 for "section 8B of the Health Act 1958 " substitute " section 15 of the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 ".

    (2)     In section 176(2) of the Health Services Act 1988 for "body corporate under section 6(1) of the Health Act 1958 " substitute "Secretary".
