PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2008 (NO. 46 OF 2008) - SECT 284

In section 3(1) of the Road Safety Act 1986 , in the definitions of accredited agency and accredited driver education program for "Secretary to the Department of Human Services within the meaning of the Health Act 1958 " substitute "Secretary within the meaning of section 3(1) of the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 ".
