PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2008 (NO. 46 OF 2008) - SECT 287

In the Sentencing Act 1991 —

        (a)     in section 3(1) in the definition of approved drug and alcohol assessment agency for "Secretary to the Department of Human Services" substitute "Secretary within the meaning of section 3(1) of the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 ";

        (b)     in section 18I(1) of the Sentencing Act 1991 for "Secretary to the Department of Human Services within the meaning of the Health Act 1958 " substitute "Secretary within the meaning of section 3(1) of the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 ".
