PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2008 (NO. 46 OF 2008) - SECT 293

Repeal of Divisions 2, 3 and 4 and this Division

Divisions 2, 3 and 4 and this Division are repealed on 1 July 2011.

Note

The repeal of Divisions 2, 3 and 4 and this Division does not affect the continuing operation of the amendments made by those Divisions (see section 15(1) of the Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984 ).
