PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2008 (NO. 46 OF 2008) - SECT 68

This Division applies in respect of a person conducting a—

        (a)     business of beauty therapy;

        (b)     business involving colonic irrigation;

        (c)     business of hairdressing;

        (d)     business involving skin penetration;

        (e)     business involving tattooing;

        (f)     business that poses a risk to public health and is a business of a class of business prescribed for the purposes of this section.
