PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING AMENDMENT (NO JAB, NO PLAY) ACT 2015 (NO. 55 OF 2015) - SECT 2
Commencement
(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into
operation on a day to be proclaimed.
(2) If this Act does not come into operation
before 1 January 2017, it comes into operation on that day.
