Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A legal practitioner representing a person at an examination or otherwise in the course of an investigation, or a legal practitioner assisting the Director at an examination or otherwise in the course of an investigation, has the same protection and immunity as a legal practitioner has in representing a party in a proceeding in the Supreme Court.
(2) A person appearing as a witness at an examination or otherwise in the course of an investigation has the same protection and immunity as a witness has in a proceeding in the Supreme Court.
