POLICE INTEGRITY ACT 2008 (NO. 34 OF 2008) - SECT 128
Provisions of this Act prevail
A provision of this Act that is inconsistent with a provision of the
Ombudsman Act 1973 prevails, to the extent of the inconsistency, over the
provision of that Act.
