Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsThe Director may disclose to the Privacy Commissioner appointed under the Information Privacy Act 2000 any information obtained or received in the course or as a result of the performance of the functions of the Director under this Act, being information relevant to the performance of functions or duties by the Privacy Commissioner.
