Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A person who resigns as supportive attorney or alternative supportive attorney under section 111 must take all reasonable steps to inform the following persons of the resignation—
(a) the principal;
(b) any other supportive attorney and alternative supportive attorney.
(2) A failure by the supportive attorney or alternative supportive attorney to give a notification under this section does not affect the validity of the resignation.
