POWERS OF ATTORNEY ACT 2014 (NO. 57 OF 2014) - SECT 130

    (1)     A person may apply to VCAT for a rehearing under Division 4—

        (a)     if the person was a party to the hearing of the application at first instance; or

        (b)     with the leave of VCAT, if the person was given notice of the application but was not a party to the hearing of the application at first instance.

    (2)     Subsection (1)(b) does not apply to the Public Advocate.
