POWERS OF ATTORNEY ACT 2014 (NO. 57 OF 2014) - SECT 156
Amendment of the Medical Treatment Act 1988
In section 5A(4) of the Medical Treatment
Act 1988 , for "general power of attorney" substitute "general non-enduring
power of attorney (within the meaning of the Powers of Attorney Act 2014 )".
