POWERS OF ATTORNEY ACT 2014 (NO. 57 OF 2014) - SECT 17

In this Division—

"power of attorney for security" means a non-enduring power of attorney—

        (a)     that states that it is irrevocable; and

        (b)     that is given by the principal to secure—

              (i)     a proprietary interest of the attorney; or

              (ii)     the performance of an obligation owed to the attorney.
