Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), an attorney for financial matters under an enduring power of attorney may provide from the principal's property for the needs of a dependant of the principal, if the enduring power of attorney so provides.
(2) Unless the enduring power of attorney otherwise provides, a provision under subsection (1) must not be more than what is reasonable having regard to all the circumstances and, in particular, the principal's financial circumstances.
