A person is qualified for general registration as a pharmacist if the person has successfully completed—
(a) a course of study in pharmacy practice approved by the Board or a course of study that, in the opinion of the Board, is substantially equivalent, or is based on similar competencies, to a course of study in pharmacy practice approved by the Board; and
(b) a period of supervised training in pharmacy practice approved by the Board or a period of supervised training that, in the opinion of the Board, is substantially equivalent, or is based on similar competencies, to a period of supervised training in pharmacy practice approved by the Board; and
(c) an examination set by the Board or a person or body nominated by the Board for the purpose of qualifying persons for registration as pharmacists.
