PRIVATE SECURITY ACT 2004 (NO 33 OF 2004) - SECT 16

Application for licence

        An application for a private security licence must—

        (a)     be made in a form approved by the Chief Commissioner; and

        (b)     contain the prescribed particulars; and

        (c)     be accompanied by any other prescribed documents or prescribed information.
