PRIVATE SECURITY ACT 2004 (NO 33 OF 2004) - SECT 37
Circumstances in which the Chief Commissioner must refuse to renew a licence
The Chief Commissioner must not renew a private
security licence unless he or she is satisfied that any relevant criteria set
out in sections 25 and 26, with such modifications as are necessary, are
satisfied by the applicant.
