PRIVATE SECURITY ACT 2004 (NO 33 OF 2004) - SECT 81
Chief Commissioner may refuse to make a decision on an application for a registration
The Chief Commissioner may refuse to make a decision on an application for a
private security registration if the applicant does not comply with any
requirement of the Chief Commissioner under this Division in relation to the
application within a reasonable time of the requirement being made.
