PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYMENT (AWARD ENTITLEMENTS) AMENDMENT ACT 2008 (NO. 27 OF 2008) - SECT 1

The purpose of this Act is to amend the Public Sector Employment (Award Entitlements) Act 2006 —

        (a)         to repeal provisions relating to the "fairness test" enacted by Part 3 of that Act;

        (b)         to repeal spent provisions in Part 5 of that Act.
