Victorian Numbered Acts

PARKS VICTORIA ACT 2018 (NO. 19 OF 2018) - SECT 1

The purpose of this Act is—

        (a)     to repeal and re-enact with amendments the Parks Victoria Act 1998 , further providing for the establishment of Parks Victoria; and

        (b)     to make consequential and related amendments to certain other Acts.
