PARKS VICTORIA ACT 2018 (NO. 19 OF 2018) - SECT 106

    (1)     Insert the following heading to section 18 of the Forests Act 1958 —

" General powers of Secretary and Parks Victoria ".

    (2)     In section 18 of the Forests Act 1958 , for "Secretary" (where first occurring) substitute "land manager".
