PARKS VICTORIA ACT 2018 (NO. 19 OF 2018) - SECT 117
Power to submit certain leases licences or permits to auction or tender
In section 53(1) of the Forests Act 1958 —
(a) for "fifty-one of this Act"
substitute "51";
(b) for "fifty-two of this Act"
substitute "52";
(c) for "Secretary" substitute "land
manager".
