PARKS VICTORIA ACT 2018 (NO. 19 OF 2018) - SECT 129

Immunity provision

In section 72(1)(b) of the Forests Act 1958 , for " section 18 or 19 of the Parks Victoria Act 1998 " substitute " section 27 or 28 of the Parks Victoria Act 2018 ".
