PARKS VICTORIA ACT 2018 (NO. 19 OF 2018) - SECT 174

Permits to take fish or fishing bait for research in marine national parks and marine sanctuaries

    (1)     In section 21A(1) of the National Parks Act 1975 —

        (a)     for "The Secretary" substitute "Parks Victoria";

        (b)     for "the Secretary" substitute "Parks Victoria".

    (2)     In section 21A(2) of the National Parks Act 1975 , for "the Secretary" substitute "Parks Victoria".
