Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A member may resign the member's office in writing signed by the member and delivered to the Governor in Council.
(2) If the Chairperson or deputy Chairperson resigns that position, the Chairperson or deputy Chairperson may remain in the position of a member of Parks Victoria.
