PARKS VICTORIA ACT 2018 (NO. 19 OF 2018) - SECT 203

In section 32M(1) of the National Parks Act 1975 —

        (a)     for "the Secretary" (where twice occurring) substitute "Parks Victoria";

        (b)     for "the Minister administering section 17 of the State Owned Enterprises Act 1992 " substitute "the Treasurer".
