PARKS VICTORIA ACT 2018 (NO. 19 OF 2018) - SECT 218

    (1)     Section 48(1)(e) of the National Parks Act 1975 is repealed .

    (2)     In section 48(2)(ca) of the National Parks Act 1975 , after "the Secretary" insert "or Parks Victoria".
