PARKS VICTORIA ACT 2018 (NO. 19 OF 2018) - SECT 221

In section 3(1) of the Water Industry Act 1994 —

        (a)     insert the following definition—

" Parks Victoria recorded land has the same meaning as in the Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987 ;";

        (b)     for the definition of Secretary substitute —

"" Secretary" has the same meaning as in the Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987 ;".
