PARKS VICTORIA ACT 2018 (NO. 19 OF 2018) - SECT 80

    (1)     In section 94 of the Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987 —

        (a)     in paragraph (a), after "Crown land" insert "that is not relevant Parks Victoria land";

        (b)     in paragraph (c), for " 1993 —" substitute " 1993 ; and";

        (c)     after paragraph (c) insert —

    "(d)     Crown land that is relevant Parks Victoria land, as if it were land vested in Parks Victoria—".

    (2)     In section 94 of the Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987 , for "Secretary" (where third occurring) substitute "Secretary, Parks Victoria".
