Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsIn any proceeding for an offence against this Act, evidence that a person or body corporate is a registration holder in respect of a rooming house within the meaning of the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 is evidence that the person or the body corporate is a rooming house operator.
