Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) This section applies, if immediately before the commencement, human sperm, an oocyte or a human embryo donated for the purposes of research under the repealed Act has not been used for that purpose.
(2) On and from the commencement, the sperm, oocyte or embryo is taken to have been donated for the purposes of research under this Act.
