ROAD LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2016 (NO. 5 OF 2016) - SECT 25

    (1)     In section 27(5) of the Road Safety Act 1986 , for "or a permit" substitute ", a learner permit or a learner permit variation".

    (2)     In section 27(6) of the Road Safety Act 1986 , in the definition of "relevant person"—

        (a)         in paragraph (c), for "licence." substitute "licence; or";

        (b)     after paragraph (c) insert —

    "(d)     an applicant for the variation of a learner permit.".
