ROAD LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2016 (NO. 5 OF 2016) - SECT 29

Duty of owner of motor vehicle to give information about driver

In section 60(2) of the Road Safety Act 1986 , for "driver licence, disqualify him or her from obtaining one" substitute "driver licence or learner permit, disqualify that person from obtaining a driver licence or learner permit".
