ROAD LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2016 (NO. 5 OF 2016) - SECT 32
Notice to be given of intention to deem motor vehicle abandoned
In section 84ZQAC(1) of the Road Safety Act 1986 —
(a) in paragraph (c), for "vehicle;
and" substitute "vehicle.";
(b) paragraph (d) is repealed .
