RAIL SAFETY ACT 2006 (NO 9 OF 2006) - SECT 132

Giving or refusal of accreditation

    (1)     In section 9(1) and (2) of the Public Transport Competition Act 1995 , for "Secretary" substitute "Safety Director".

    (2)     In section 9(3) and (4) of the Public Transport Competition Act 1995 , for "Secretary" (where twice occurring) substitute "Safety Director".
