RAIL SAFETY ACT 2006 (NO 9 OF 2006) - SECT 141

Safety Director not liable for giving accreditation

    (1)     Insert the following heading to section 19 of the Public Transport Competition Act 1995 —

"Safety Director not liable for giving accreditation" .

    (2)     In section 19 of the Public Transport Competition Act 1995 , for "Secretary" substitute "Safety Director".
