RAIL SAFETY ACT 2006 (NO 9 OF 2006) - SECT 143

Procedure and powers

    (1)     In section 21(1) and (3) of the Public Transport Competition Act 1995 , for "Secretary" substitute "Safety Director".

    (2)     In section 21(2) of the Public Transport Competition Act 1995 , for "Secretary" (where twice occurring) substitute "Safety Director".
