RAIL SAFETY ACT 2006 (NO 9 OF 2006) - SECT 150

In section 3(1) of the Rail Corporations Act 1996 insert the following definition—

' "Safety Director" means the Director, Public Transport Safety appointed under section 9L of the Transport Act 1983 ;'.
