RAIL SAFETY ACT 2006 (NO 9 OF 2006) - SECT 156

    (1)     In the heading to section 38ZJ of the Rail Corporations Act 1996 omit "proposed".

    (2)     In section 38ZZZB(3)(a) of the Rail Corporations Act 1996 , after "access" (where secondly occurring) insert "provider".
